Medical student professionalism competition launches for 2021
8.07.21
Together with the General Medical Council (GMC), we have launched our sixth annual medical student professionalism competition on the topic of how to work effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
The competition involves designing an online learning resource to explain what the joint GMC-MSC guidance Achieving good medical practice says about teamwork.
For more information about the competition, see its page on the GMC website.
The competition will run until 24 September 2021 and the winning entry will receive a £300 voucher, with two runners up winning a £100 voucher each. The winning entry will be shared with all UK medical schools as a teaching resource and shortlisted sessions will be published on the GMC website. The winner(s) will also be invited to present their session at the GMC annual conference and write about their experience in GMC news for students.
